A Life Log
Life repeats itself over and over, but taking control of one’s own life is never an easy thing. Every one of us was a born engineer. We imagine and design the ideal life style and live the hardest for this blue print. Methods are developed, just as those in scientific research, to solve endless cycles of problems. However, we are prone to drift along aimlessly, with all the distractions in our personal and professional life.

蛤蟆先生从咨询里好转的过程未免也太过顺利了，似乎只是患了一场普通的感冒， 遵从医嘱只吃完十次药就能神奇地康复，现实中的治疗真有这么容易吗？在作者眼 里，蛤蟆先生的痛苦是轻飘飘的、弹指一挥就能解决的痛苦，在理想的治疗之下解 释两三个理论概念，他的烦恼就能随之烟消云散，这是全知全能的傲慢吧？不过话 又说回来，这本书出版于40年前，对于那个时代来讲，能把这个话题带入公众视野 或许就已经相当了不起了。
